After landing at Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW):

• You will receive in advance the code and contact number of your personal greeter.
• Using this code, you will be guided directly to your driver.

Transfers are typically with Mercedes Vito or VW Transporter vehicles. Wi‑Fi is usually available, but cannot be guaranteed.
Hotel check‑in is pre‑arranged and prepaid, only a small minibar deposit may be requested.
Breakfast is always included.

The rest of the day is for resting or exploring the lively Asian side of Istanbul.
In the evening, you will receive a WhatsApp confirmation of the pick‑up time for the next day.

In the morning, our driver will take you to the clinic. The day starts with:
1. Registration (with passport or ID)
2. Medical pre check: blood tests, ECG, blood pressure & health screening
3. English-speaking consultation with hair surgeons and hairline planning
4. Remaining payment (deposit will be deducted)
Pre operation preparation:
• Change into sterile surgical clothing
• Partial or full hair shaving
• Needle-free pre anesthesia, followed by local anesthesia
• Sedation (if booked) is administered only by the specialist doctor
Surgery process:
• Grafts are extracted from the donor area and stored in special cooling & nutrient solution
• Depending on the method (FUE or DHI), channels are opened and/or grafts are directly implanted
• For FUE, the final step is the manual implantation of the grafts
The procedure takes about 5–7 hours.
After the operation, you will receive:
• Donor area bandage,
• Care products (shampoo, lotion, foam),
• Medications (antibiotics, painkillers, anti-inflammatories).
You will then return to the hotel for rest and recovery.

On the next morning, you can remove the bandage yourself, following the detailed instructions provided.
Airport transfer timings:
• IST – Istanbul Airport: ~4.5 hours before flight
• SAW – Sabiha Gökçen Airport: ~4 hours before flight

If you booked the 3-night Comfort Plus package, on the fourth day you will have:
• Clinic follow up and first hair wash,
• Bandage check and personalized care instructions.
Afterwards, our driver will transfer you to the airport.
